How to Register?

You can register for an account by selecting “Register” (New Registration). The information required includes your full name, email, password, phone number, and acceptance of UTSPAY’s terms of service.

How to add an account to receive cashback?

Select the “Get Cashback” menu, choose the broker you wish to use, and then enter the account number you opened through UTSPAY.com into the designated field below.

How can I receive cashback?

After successfully opening a new account or transferring an existing account with UTSPAY, you will receive cashback every working day of UTSPAY. You can then check the cashback status on your dashboard.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

The minimum withdrawal amount is $10 for all currencies. However, for MYR currency, the minimum is $15.

How long does it take to process a withdrawal?

Withdrawals will be approved within 72 hours. We recommend submitting withdrawal requests between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If you submit a request after 5:00 PM, it will be processed the next business day. For withdrawals made after 5:00 PM on Fridays, the approval will be on Monday.

How long does it take for the money to be transferred to my account?

The funds will be transferred to your account within 72 hours after approval on business days.

What should I do if I forget my password?

You can reset your password on the UTSPAY website by selecting “Forgot Password” and entering your email address. You will receive a code via email, which you will need to enter on the website to set a new password.

What if I cannot log into my account?

This issue may arise from incorrect email or password entry. If you’ve confirmed that your credentials are correct but still cannot log in, please contact customer support.

Can I transfer funds from multiple accounts into one account?

You cannot transfer funds from multiple accounts into a single account.

What currencies can I withdraw in?

Withdrawals must be made in USD. Currently, the system automatically converts the funds into your currencies.
